Double-check your time zone.
This is the one that trips people up most. Please confirm your time zone before you book. If a session is missed because of a time zone mix-up, it can’t be rescheduled, and standard booking policies apply.
Test your internet before we start.
A strong, stable internet connection makes all the difference. A shaky one impacts the quality of the reading, and I’m not able to reschedule for tech issues on your end. Two minutes of checking beforehand saves the whole session.
Test your webcam and microphone before we start.
Give both a quick test before your session so we’re not troubleshooting audio on your time. If you’re new to Zoom, hop on a few minutes early and check that your camera’s working and your mic is picking you up. I want to see your face and hear you clearly, because a lot of what comes through gets confirmed in the moment, and I don’t want you missing any of it while you’re hunting for the unmute button.
Please don’t send me any information before your reading.
No photos. No names of your loved ones in Spirit. No background details.
I will never ask you for any of it, and here’s why. My job as a psychic medium is to bring you the evidence, not repeat back what you already told me. The proof that life continues, the names, the memories, the personality that made them who they are… that has to come from Spirit, through me, to you.
That’s what ethical evidential mediumship actually is. It’s the standard I hold myself to every single time I sit down to read for someone.
Your reading is recorded, and it’s yours to keep. Free.
Every online reading is recorded and sent to you afterward. Most people don’t remember half of what comes through in the moment, and that’s completely normal. You’ll be able to go back and listen as many times as you want. Some people listen once. Some listen for years.
We start on time.
Your session begins at the time you booked. If you’re running late, the session still ends when it was scheduled to end. After 10 minutes, it’s considered a no-show, and there’s no reschedule or refund.
All sales are final. No exceptions.

Appointments can be rescheduled within 5 days of your original appointment time. Beyond that window, no exceptions can be made.

Respect goes both ways.
That means respect for the spirit world, for me, and for anyone else taking part in the reading.
Medium Courtney Dawson reserves the right to refuse service or end a session for any reason.
If illness or a family emergency comes up on my end, your appointment may be rescheduled.
