Here is the booking confirmation information you need to know:

For Online Readings:

Upon booking, an automated email confirmation will be sent to you, containing all the details of your upcoming session.
Before booking, please confirm the time zone to avoid any confusion. Missed appointments due to time zone discrepancies will not be rescheduled, and regular booking policies will apply.
It is crucial to have a stable and reliable internet connection in place. Unstable connections can hinder Courtney’s work, and she cannot reschedule your reading due to technical difficulties on your end. Please ensure your connectivity is checked before the session.
Your appointment will start on time. If you arrive late, the session will not be extended. If you are more than 10 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show, and you will not be eligible for a rescheduled session or a refund.
All sales final. No exceptions.

For In-Person Appointments:

Your appointment will start on time. If you arrive late, the session will not be extended.

To ensure a comfortable environment, please avoid wearing strong scents such as perfumes, colognes, essential oils, or cigarette smoke, as it affects Courtney’s breathing.Thank you for your understanding and consideration.

Rescheduling:

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact info@mediumcourtneydawson.com and submit your request. Please note that appointments can only be rescheduled within 5 days of your original appointment. We appreciate your understanding, and kindly note that no exceptions can be made beyond this time frame.

Conduct:

Reproduction, sale, copying, duplication, or exploitation of any part of the services/offerings provided without written consent from Medium Courtney Dawson is prohibited.
Show respect towards the spirit world, Courtney, and any other participants involved in the reading.
Medium Courtney Dawson reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a session for any reason
In case of illness or family emergencies, Medium Courtney Dawson reserves the right to rechedule your appointment. You will be notified via email or phone call regarding the rescheduling.
